We don't just run a "women's class" in a shared gym. During women's sessions, the entire building is exclusively for you. Every detail has been considered to protect your privacy and comfort.
FEMALE COACH
Every women's session is led by a female coach. You will be taught, guided, and supported by a woman who understands your experience and trains at the highest level herself.
NO MALES IN THE BUILDING
During women's sessions, no male members or staff will be present in the gym. The building is closed to everyone else. This is not a shared space with a partition. The gym is entirely yours.
FULL WINDOW PRIVACY
All windows are fitted with privacy lining to prevent anyone from seeing in from the outside. You can train with complete confidence that your session is fully shielded from public view.
YASMIN
Yasmin is an active Muay Thai fighter and kickboxer who regularly steps into the ring and trains with a competitive focus. She has competed across multiple combat sports rulesets including Muay Thai, kickboxing, boxing, and MMA, giving her real fight experience and a well-rounded understanding of striking.
Known for her strong mindset, powerful striking, and high-level cardio, Yasmin brings intensity, discipline, and genuine fight experience into every training session. She also holds foundational grappling knowledge and practical self-defence experience.

Never trained before? That's exactly who these sessions are designed for. Here's what your first class looks like so there are no surprises.
WARM UP TOGETHER
Every session starts with a group warm-up. Skipping, shadowboxing, and movement drills to get your body ready. Your coach will guide you through everything, no prior knowledge needed.
LEARN REAL TECHNIQUE
Yasmin will break down the fundamentals of Muay Thai: punches, kicks, elbows, and knees. You'll learn proper form and build combinations at a pace that works for you.
PARTNER DRILLS
Practice what you've learned with a training partner. Pad work and controlled drills let you apply technique safely while building confidence with every round.
COOL DOWN & GO AGAIN
Sessions finish with a proper cool-down and stretch. Walk out feeling stronger, more capable, and ready to come back for the next one.
WHAT TO BRING
You'll need your own boxing gloves and shin guards. We don't offer loan equipment due to hygiene. If you're buying for the first time, speak to us beforehand and we can point you in the right direction. Wear comfortable gym clothes you can move freely in.

Two sessions per week, eight per month. Small class sizes so you always get proper coaching and attention.
